Become A Participating Restaurant

All participating restaurants must be located within the City of Roanoke. 

· There is no upfront cost to you to participate. We request participating restaurant pledge 5% of the food sales during Roanoke Unique Dining Week to Roanoke Unique Dining Week charity beneficiary, Metroport Meals On Wheels. Check the box below to cap your contribution to MMOW. 

· We request a $25 gift card to be used as a prize to incentivize passholders to participate in visiting more participating restaurants. Passholders will receive additional prize entries based on the number of participating restaurants they visit. 

· Additionally, it is an option to offer a coupon or discount as an incentive to visit your business and check-in at your location. 

· Participating restaurants will receive Roanoke Unique Dining Week promotional materials provided by MMOW.

· Roanoke Unique Dining Week menu or promotions will be offered throughout the entire course of the program (Friday, June 16th—Sunday, June 25th).

· Commitment must be submitted to Roanoke Unique Dining Week Committee no later than Friday May 5, 2023 to be included in Roanoke Unique Dining Week promotional materials. Commitments that are submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be posted live on the Roanoke Unique Dining Week website for the program launch.

· Restaurants agree to promote Roanoke Unique Dining Week by encouraging customers to participate and educating all servers on the program terms and details to ensure high quality, knowledgeable service for consumers.

· Restaurants are required to display marketing materials (provided by Roanoke Unique Dining Week Committee) in their restaurant beginning Monday, June 12, 2023. 

· Restaurants agree that Roanoke Unique Dining Week can name their restaurant as a Roanoke Unique Dining Week participant and include their logo and/or name in any promotional materials.

· Restaurants agree to encourage participation by publicizing participation on their websites and via social media platforms. Metroport Meals On Wheels will encourage participation and publicize Roanoke Unique Dining Week and participating restaurants on their websites and via their social media accounts. The City of Roanoke with include Roanoke Unique Dining Week in its marketing efforts. 

Restaurants are required to track sales for Unique Dining Week in Roanoke over the course of the program and submit reports by assigned deadline.
